Volunteer Opportunities
From stuffing envelopes to collecting donated materials and everything in between, the Unity Ball Committee relies on general volunteers to assist in carrying out miscellaneous tasks leading up to, during and after the Unity Ball. If you have a few hours that you can volunteer, please contact our Volunteer Chair, Maggie Snyder at messagemaggie@yahoo.com . We are currently looking for two Post-Auction Leads responsible for taking over at the conclusion of the event. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Arranging secure transportation of auction/event items from the hotel to the rectory the morning after the Unity Ball
- Delivering unclaimed auction items to bidders
- Marketing and managing the online post-auction
- Sending donor receipts to donors
